Construction is not restricted by rainy seasons or low winter temperatures, enabling year-round work and allowing enterprises to secure tenants and generate rental income earlier.
Steel beams and trusses enable ultra-wide single spans of 24-48 meters with few or no internal columns, allowing for flexible layouts of racking, forklifts, and sorting lines.
