China CT Steel Structure recently completed the expansion of its new intelligent production workshop, adding 20,000 square meters of factory space. This newly completed 20,000㎡ workshop is a key strategic move for China CT Steel Structure to deepen its presence in overseas markets. The new workshop features fully automated cutting, precision welding, and intelligent hot-dip galvanizing integrated production lines, along with upgraded non-destructive testing equipment and precise load-bearing testing instruments. This enables fully intelligent operation from raw material processing, component forming, corrosion protection, to finished product quality inspection. Compared to traditional production lines, the new workshop significantly improves production efficiency and precisely controls the process accuracy of each batch of steel components, completely eliminating human error and perfectly adapting to the special operating environments of high temperature, high humidity, and coastal salt spray.

The new workshop has brought about a significant breakthrough in addressing the delivery challenges that overseas clients are most concerned about. Previously, many high-quality steel structure orders faced delivery delays due to limited production capacity. With the expansion, China CT Steel Structure's overall production capacity has increased substantially, enabling it to simultaneously undertake complete steel structure projects for multiple large industrial parks, cross-border logistics warehouses, and large-scale breeding bases.
